Pac-Man worked well because there are few changes to the background tiles each frame during gameplay. It’s quite a way down my ToDo/Wishlist, so I wouldn’t hold your breath. Getting the ROM running should be relatively easy, but redrawing the scaled sprites and tiles may take some time.
I’d need to check if it only uses 6 sprites like Pac-Man or the full 8 the hardware supports (I don’t think the Speccy has time to draw 8 in addition to everything else). I’ve had a few requests for Mr Do, and I think it might work quite well.
